KIRSTY
Kirsty is one half of the powerhouse behind the academy a natural-born leader with a brain that never switches off. She’s the queen of strategy, ads, and finance, and the reason everything runs like a smooth, slightly chaotic, but always successful machine. As a mum of four, autistic, and ADHD, she’s proof that you don’t need the “perfect” circumstances to build an empire just passion, and a mind full of ideas. Whether she’s buried in spreadsheets or creating a new system at 2am, Kirsty’s focus hits different. She’s the driving force behind every big move we make.

LOUISE
Louise is the creative heartbeat of the academy the one who turns chaos into branding, ideas into visuals, and visions into “OMG this looks insane.” With dyslexia, ADHD, and a knack for doing things differently (and proudly), she sees the world in a way most people don’t which is exactly why the academy stands out. A mum of one and the queen of design, she’s behind every bold graphic, fierce bit of marketing, and every moment that makes students go “wow.” Louise brings the confidence, the energy, and the magic that makes our brand unforgettable.

Becky is the calm in our storm the organised, reliable, detail-obsessed queen who keeps the whole place from tipping into chaos. Yes… we stole her from our kids’ nursery, and yes… it was the best decision we’ve ever made. She’s patient (she needs to be with us two), sharp, and always two steps ahead. Becky keeps the directors sane, the team on track, and the academy running like a dream. She’s the quiet powerhouse behind every smooth day.

Meet Pam our sunshine in human form and Louise’s auntie! She’s the warm smile you’ll be greeted with and the comforting energy that makes you instantly feel like family. Pam sets the tone of the academy: welcoming, real, and full of heart. She brings the sparkle, the kindness, and that special touch that makes everyone feel at home.

Jess is our marketing pocket rocket - cute, creative, and Louise's right-hand girl for all things creative! She's the one turning ideas into scroll-stopping content, keeping the brand looking flawless, and making sure the academy is seen everywhere. Sweet, sharp, and effortlessly on-brand, she's proof that you can be both adorable and an absolute weapon at what you do!

Helena lovingly known by students as “The Dragon” is one of our advanced tutors… and another one we proudly stole from nursery life. From nursery to needles, Helena is living proof that chasing what sets your soul on fire can completely rewrite your life. Her teaching style is a perfect blend of calm, kind, and confidence-boosting with just enough challenge to push you into your potential. She’s the tutor who’ll support you, stretch you, and celebrate every win with you.
