About Us
We believe every woman deserves the chance to build a life she’s proud of. What started as two friends, with no money behind us, but a vision that has now grown into one of the UK’s most empowering aesthetics training academies. We know how it feels to struggle, we know the feeling of “not feeling enough” and we make sure that every single woman that we train FINDS that confidence.
We started our business with just ÂŁ20, we had nothing but two beds and a few bottles of skincare. The chances of us becoming successful were slim, and people knew that, but we believed in ourselves, and we now own House of Girl Boss.
House of Girl Boss is our luxury training mansion, where we have our own onsite accommodation-enabling our students the opportunity to stay overnight. We are both mums so we decided to dedicate one of our rooms to a children’s creche, and we also now have our own cafe onsite.
We have pulled out all of the stops to make this the ultimate experience for every single one of our students!
More Than a Brand — It’s a Movement
We started with £20 between us, a couple of second-hand beauty beds, and a dream we couldn’t afford but refused to give up on.
Back in 2016, we were two women running separate businesses, both working every hour to build something bigger for our families.
We didn’t come from money or privilege just passion, belief, and that fire in your belly that won’t let you quit.
We met through the aesthetics industry, realised we shared the same heart, and decided to join forces not just to grow a business, but to create the kind of academy we needed when we first started out.
Step by step, mistake by mistake, lesson by lesson we built it.
Some days we had nothing but belief… but that belief built everything.
Eight years later, we’ve gone from scraping pennies together to owning one of the largest aesthetics schools in the UK a three-storey mansion surrounded by lakes and countryside views. It’s more than a building it’s proof that anything is possible when you refuse to settle.
Our mansion now has onsite accommodation, so we can welcome students from across the world.
We’ve added an onsite crèche, because we know what it’s like to be a mum with massive dreams and we want to make it easier for other women to chase theirs too.
And because we never stop creating, our Cherry Tree Café opens soon a place where students, mums, and dreamers can come together over coffee, connection, and possibility.
We’ve now grown to a team of 12 incredible women (and a few honorary Girl & guy Bosses!) who share the same mission to help others do what we did: build a life that’s bigger than fear and a business that changes everything.
